The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals for Fresh Bread for
delivery by county to programs in counties south of I195 and for the delivery of frozen prebaked
breads to NJ state facilities and cooperative members, as applicable.
The intent of this RFP is to award contracts for non-frozen fresh bread and frozen pre-baked
bread, to include on-site delivery to various state using agencies/facilities.
