Fiscal and Programmatic Support

The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can satisfy the States need for the
provision of fiscal and programmatic support to the Council On Independent
Living. The Bureau is interested in
contracting with an entity or individual that will, under the direction of the Bureau, oversee the
appropriate disbursement of funds to support the operation as well as a full time
staff position.
