Feasibility Analysis and Marketing Plan for the Trenton Train Station
The City of Trenton seeks the services of a dynamic team of planning and economic development professionals to prepare a market feasibility study and marketing plan for the Trenton Train Station Redevelopment Area. These documents will guide future transit-oriented development around the Train Station and champion smart growth and sustainable design. Additionally, the marketing plan should provide specific recommendations regarding the city obtaining future funding from private and public sources and increasing the development community's interest in the Redevelopment Area. Therefore, this project must be grounded in economic realities while remaining visionary and creative. The consultants selected for this project should have a working knowledge of New Jersey Redevelopment Areas.
