Fair Hearing Officer Services

The State is soliciting contracts for the services of hearing officers to adjudicate disputed claims for benefits in the programs it administers. The programs include Medicaid, the Child Health Insurance Program (CHIPS), Temporary Assistance to Needy Families and other Social Security Act programs, Food Stamps and Child Care benefits.
