Facilities Management and Billing
The University solicits proposals for The University is seeking a Facilities Management and Billing system to manage ITS services and infrastructure which include, but are not limited to, voice, data, CATV, wireless, VoIP, software licenses, servers, storage and miscellaneous billing items.
ITS manages and tracks the following primary areas:
• Traditional TDM Telephony
• Advanced Telephony based on VoIP
• Campus Data Network
• Cable TV
• Wireless
• Cable Infrastructure
• Parts Inventory and Warehouse
• Vendor Purchase Orders and Receipts
• Call Processing
• Work Orders
• Trouble Tickets
• Server Services
• Storage Services
• Software Licenses
• Other ITS Billing Items
