FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF Management of a Collegiate Licensing Program
It is the intent of the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) to solicit proposals and contract for TRADEMARK LICENSING AGENCY SERVICES. Such services shall protect the University from the
unauthorized use of its trademarks, promote the image of the University and thereby increase the desire of legitimate organizations to enter into product licensing and promotional use agreements, resulting in an increased awareness of the Universitys trademark rights and increased royalties
derived from licensing arrangements.
