FULLY INTEGRATED GOLF SPECIFIC POINT OF SALE, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, AND TEE TIME RESERVATION SYSTEMS SOFTWARE
Somerset County Park Commission is seeking proposals for fully integrated golf specific Point
of Sale, Inventory Management and Tee Time Reservation systems software. The vendor must
document experience servicing multi-course municipal operations and provide references for
these operations. The system must be user friendly at all levels and must meet the specifications
detailed in the RFP at a minimum. The software systems must be compatible with our current
hardware and operating system. Demos of the systems may be requested as part of the
evaluation process. The successful supplier must agree to begin installation by December 1,
2008 and have the system fully operational by January 1 2009. Proposals must include detailed
costs for all modules available and include software, training and product implementation
including conversion of current files. In addition, a schedule of annual consulting and
maintenance fees and any other associated costs must also be included. The contract will be
effective January 1, 2009 and run through December 31, 2014 a five year period.
