The purpose of this Request For Bids (RFB) is to solicit bid proposals which will enable the Department to select the most qualified applicant to provide development, improvement, or expansion of network activities for Iowas Critical Access Hospitals.
The FLEX program is seeking network projects that will produce a measurable outcome, are innovative, collaborative, and shows cooperation for expanding access to healthcare, implementing health information technology, improving patient care, and assuring quality health care services in rural Iowa.
Projects may include, but not be limited to: Health information technology or telehealth and telemedicine, Patient safety or quality improvement Workforce recruitment and retention
