FIPS 140-2 Analysis and Testing Services

The Contractor shall provide an examination of a .NET software product (Software Product) cryptographic processes and determine produced readiness for testing. The Contractor will generate a report detailing gaps and readiness for FIPS 140-2 testing. The Contractor shall provide FIPS 140-2 Level 1 testing of the cryptographic module contained in the Software Product under the United States National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cryptographic Module Validation Program (CMVP) (csrc.nist.gov/groups/STM/cmvp/index.html). The Contractor will test the Software Product cryptographic module and required FIPS 140-2 submittal documentation for the Software Product cryptographic module. CMVP will validate the test results and if determined the Software Product cryptographic module meets appropriate FIPS 140-2 assertions provide a validation certificate to COE.
