FACILITES MANAGEMENT SERVICES ASBURY PARK STATE OFFICE
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Purchase Bureau, Division of Purchase and Property, Department of the Treasury on behalf of Division of Property Management and Construction.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified Facilities or Property Management vendors to provide full management and operations services for the Asbury Park State Office Building and Parking Garage (630 Bangs Avenue) located in Asbury Park, New Jersey.
The contractor shall be fully responsible for all aspects of the management, operation, maintenance and engineering of the location awarded, including garage, as specified by the terms, conditions and specifications within this RFP.
The intent of this RFP is to award a contract to the responsible bidder or bidders whose bid proposals, conforming to this RFP is most advantageous to the State, price and other factors considered. However, the State reserves the right to separately procure individual requirements that are the subject of the contract during the contract term, when deemed by the Director to be in the State's best interest.
