External Cable Assembly for P-3 Aircraft
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) requires external wing disconnect cable assemblies to support and fulfill complete operation of the Digital Stores Management System in support of the German P-3C aircraft.
Part Numbers (P/N) and National Stock Numbers (NSN) are as follows:
- P/N 0601218-1; NSN 1680-01-566-1383 External Wing-to-Pylon Adapter Cable Assembly (Estimated quantity of 40)
- P/N 0601219-1; NSN 1680-01-566-1384 External Wing-to-Pylon Adapter Cable Assembly (Estimated quantity of 20)
- P/N 0601572-1; NSN 1680-01-566-1385 Rack C Station Extender Cable Assembly (Estimated quantity of 30)
This requirement will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition requirement is 335929 with a size standard of 1,000 employees.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a full and open competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to full and open competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
