External Auditor
The Authority is soliciting proposals from firms for external auditing services. Specifically, the Authority is seeking professional financial auditing services for the purpose of expressing an opinion on the financial statements of the Authority. In addition, an audit of the Cultural Center Fund and Arts Foundation is required. The scope of services to be performed is expressly set forth in Section III herein. The proposal should detail the services to be provided, the external auditor’s experience, personnel and any other relevant information relative to its capability to provide the services requested. The resulting contract will be for a term of three (3) years with an option at the Authority’s sole discretion to extend for two (2) additional one year extensions. Based upon the proposals received, the Authority will select one firm to perform the services.
