The purpose of the EOI is to invite prospective offerors to submit preliminary proposals for supplying a software application that is capable of 1.) storing data regarding EDC's Grants and Contracts and related data items critical to EDC's business functions, and 2.) performing functions with or upon that data to enable analysis and electronic automation of some of EDC's operational processes.
