Expert Witness Services for the Massachusetts Department of Correction
The Massachusetts Department of Correction is seeking to establish a list of qualified contractors with professional subject matter expertise in a wide range of areas for expert witness services, to include, but not be limited to, the rendering of independent opinions, policy reviews and recommendations, submission of legal testimony, consulting services, and the authoring of reports as requested. The intent of this RFR is to establish a list of qualified contractors with professional subject matter expertise to be utilzed as expert witnesses as needed.
