The is requesting proposals for architectural design consultant services to upgrade certain elements of City Hall. The building was built in 1969 and has recently undergone a thorough mechanical, electrical, and exterior refurbishment. The functionality of some of the interior areas remains antiquated, and City staff would like to create a more modern setting to appropriately and effectively serve the building occupants and the general public. The building modifications should provide an improved ability to deliver and view presentations, modernization of conference areas, and improved signage and wayfinding elements that enable customers and clients to more easily find the department and location that provides the service they are seeking.
