Environmental Site Assessments
Scope of Work: The City is requesting proposals from qualified Consultants to perform Phase 1 Environmental Site Asssessments for one hundred one (101) flood affected commercial sites.
The assessments must be conducted using current American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standard practices including records review, site reconnaissance, interviews and report to identify environmental conditions.
