The City is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Environmental Assessment Services to assist the City in facilitating its ongoing flood recovery programs. The work to be performed on forty-two of the structures is a project assisted under a program providing Federal financial assistance from the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).
