Engineering Services to Develop a Water Supply Plan
The County of Fluvanna, Virginia invites qualified engineering firms to submit proposals for
preparing a Water Supply Plan for Fluvanna County to comply with Virginia regulation 9 VAC 25-
780 Local and Regional Water Supply Planning.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposal for the requested water supply plan and to set forth the
terms and conditions whereby the County of Fluvanna shall contract with the successful Proposer to
develop and write the water supply plan as described herein.
Fluvanna County will select the water supply plan engineer/consultant (Proposer) who most closely
satisfies, in their opinion, the needs of the County at the most reasonable cost. There is no
requirement for acceptance of the lowest cost service offered, and specific requirements may be
waived or amended at the discretion of the County.
