Engineering Services
The County is soliciting a qualifications from engineering firms for contract services related to the preparation of design drawings, specifications, bid documents, bid recommendation, right-of-way acquisition and construction administration for the County waterline and wastewater expansion project.
The proposed project includes the construction of approximately 6,700 linear feet of 6-inch water line, 6,525 linear feet of 8-inch sewer line and 6,760 linear feet of 12-inch sewer line. Firm shall supply complete design and construction services including schematic design, design development, right-of-way acquisition to include maps and assistance with property owners as needed, construction documents, bidding services, and construction administration and construction inspection.
