Energy Utilization of Water Reclamation Facility Digester Gas
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and resulting contract is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide planning, design, permitting, construction, operation and maintenance of a facility to beneficially use digester gas as an energy source.
The Successful Offeror shall provide all labor; materials, supervision, technical support and permitting required to support a project for the beneficial use of digester gas and sale of available greenhouse gas credits. The Successful Offeror shall design and construct a system to utilize digester gas beneficially and provide other services consistent with the purposes described herein. If the Successful Offeror is not interested in the greenhouse gas credits they will cooperate with the County so the County may pursue them.
