Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy
The City is seeking professional assistance as it furthers its goals for energy efficiency conservation and sustainability. It is assumed this will be a combination of technical, policy development and writing skills. Of immediate need is assistance with the preparation of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy (EECS) as per the U.S. Department of Energys Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program. The budgeted amount for the project is $94,450, as mandated by the U.S. Department of Energy.
