The City invites sealed bids to address the outdated HVAC and Lighting systems in the La Habra Heights Community Development/Fire Administration Building and City Hall Administration Building.
Obtain a copy of the RFP from City Hall located at 1245 N. Hacienda Rd., LHH, CA 90631 or at the City's website at www.Lhhcity.org under the Document Central tab.
Bids will be received in the office of the City Clerk, 1245 N. Hacienda Rd., La Habra Heights, CA 90631 up to the hour of 2:00 p.m., on December 12, 2011.
A mandatory Bid Conference and mandatory Job Walk will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall. FAILURE TO ATTEND WILL RENDER A BIDDER NONRESPONSIVE. NO SUBSEQUENT JOB WALK WILL BE PROVIDED.
GENERAL INFORMATION - La Habra Heights is a residential community located in the eastern region of Los Angeles County. The community is bordered by Hacienda Heights to the northw La Habra to the southw Rowland Heights to the eastw and Whittier to the west. City Hall offices are open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
