Energy Consultant Services for Large Commercial and Institutional Customers

This RFP solicits proposals from qualified Certified Business Enterprises (CBEs) for engineering and energy efficiency consultant services to the DC SEU and its customers. The DC SEU might select more than one firm in this solicitation. The contract period is expected to be June 1, 2012, through September 30, 2012, with an option to extend for up to three (3) years.
