Emergency Generator Addition
The work shall include the installation of a new pad mounted emergency generator located adjacent to the existing south parking lot at the University. Demolition of the existing switchboard\ and installation of a new Main Switchboard requiring reconnection of existing feeders. The installation of new automatic transfer switches and panelboards to accommodate emergency circuits for lights, receptacles, and one RTU. Recircuiting of light fixtures in all spaces requiring emergency egress lighting as well as some recircuiting of receptacles in certain areas. All existing emergency lights and related batteries shall be salvaged from the job site and returned to the owner.
