The Architectural prime consultant must be a registered SBE, classified by the Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction in the Architecture discipline, and pre-qualified by the NJSDA in the Architecture discipline as of the due date for this RFQ.
The Architectural prime consultant shall have in-house NJSDA prequalification or sub-consultants having NJSDA prequalification in the following required disciplines:
Electrical Engineering (P002)
HVAC Engineering (P003)
Plumbing Engineering (P004)
Civil Engineering (P005)
Structural Engineering (P007)
NJSDA requires the consultant to provide opportunities to SBE firms to participate in the performance of this engagement, consistent with NJSDAs SBE Set-Aside Goals of 25% (5% to Category 1 and/or 4, 5% to Category 2, 5 and/or 6, 5% to Category 3, and the remaining 10% to be allocated among Categories 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and/or 6).
