Elevator P2 Gear Box Seal Leak
The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price Call Order on a sole source basis to Mid-American Elevator Company, Inc. doing business as: USA Hoist Company, Inc, 820 N Wolcott Ave, Chicago, IL, 60622. However, responsible offerors may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. This acquisition is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 238290 and the small business size standard is $14 million. The Government has a need to service Precision Armaments Laboratory Elevator P1 Energy Chain Replacement. The Statement of Work is available upon request.

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and is not a Request for Proposals or Quotes (RFP or RFQ) or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback with regard to its submission. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party's expense. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this RFI.
