The 357th Military Police Company, has a requirement for
lodging and meal contract on 07 December 2018 through 10 December 2018 for their Ore mobilization (MSAD) training event at Concord, CA. The period of performance for this effort is 07 December through 10 December 2018.

The hotel shall be located within a 15 miles radius of Military Oceanic Terminal Concord (MOTCO USAR CTR), 410 Norman Avenue, Concord, CA. The distance will be calculated by estimating the distance from the hotel to the exact address of MOTCO USAR CTR.


The contractor shall provide 50 double occupancy rooms per night for 94 Soldiers for 3 nights.Females and males will be housed in separate rooms. The Government shall only pay for rooms used.


The double occupancy rooms shall contain, but not limited to, adequate net living and sleeping areas. No more than two people shall be assigned to a double occupancy room and no more than one person shall be assigned to a single room. ROLL away beds and pullout sofas cannot be considered as double occupancy rooms.


Rooms shall be constructed and finished to provide good light and sound attenuation.Sufficient electrical outlets shall be available and in good working condition.All entrance doors to rooms shall have interior security locks, either deadbolt or double locking locks. Each room occupant shall be provided with a room key. Access to sleeping rooms shall be via interior corridors.


The parking lot shall be equipped with enough amount of lighting for safety of the soldier's belongings.Each room must contain at a minimum: internet access, a television with cable access, iron and iron board, alarm clock and lock box.


All rooms will be non-smoking and free of bed bugs, lice rodents or anything that will make the living conditions unsafe and/or unhealthy.Vendor's location must be a low crime area, free of drugs and prostitution.


The Contractor shall provide 884 meals commencing with three (3) meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner). Vegetarian options shall be available. Food and beverage charges are based upon a total of servings per meal. Local government per diem rates for food shall apply. The dining area needs to have a room capacity that can accommodate up to 150 persons. All Military personnel shall clean up their area and trash when finished eating each meal.


The contractor's facility shall comply with all applicable fire and safety codes and regulations. The contractor shall have a security plan to ensure the U.S. Army soldiers are in a safe and crime free environment.
The meeting and sleeping rooms shall have adequate security for Government's information, supplies, equipment and other properties.Sleeping rooms shall have adequate locks for doors and windows
The hotel presented to the Government must be Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) approved.
