Electronic Vital Records System
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals to create an Electronic Vital Records System (EVRS) referred to throughout this RFP as “the system”, comprised of the key vital record events, birth, death, marriage, civil union, domestic partnership, fetal death, certificate of birth resulting in still birth, and the back office business process.
