ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATED TO AIR PERMITTING COMPLIANCE
The Authority is a Title V Facility and received its initial Title V Air Pollution Control Operating Permit on January 24, 2005. A number of permit modifications have been approved since the permit was originally issued. The Authority is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to perform work associated with its air permit compliance and other related air permitting issues. This work is to be performed for a one year period beginning January 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2010.
