ENERGY ACCOUNTING AND SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The Commission is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive energy/utility accounting services and energy/utility supply management services for purchases of all electricity and heating fuels (oil, propane and natural gas). These services are necessary to reduce costs through active management of energy/utility accounts and purchasing agreements. The Commission spends approximately $6 million per year for electricity and heating fuels.
