Driver Education for Safety in Adverse Driving Conditions

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), Arizona Transportation Research Center (ATRC), herein referred to as the Department, has a need for a firm or individual (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) to provide a report that determines the state-of-the-art practices in educating drivers for safety in certain adverse driving conditions, whether any relevant laws and regulations related to driving in the State of Arizona need to be changed and develops a realistic module of a driver education programincluding the estimated cost of implementation.
