Drainage Outlet Repair
Proposed work activities include the replacement of an existing corrugated metal pipe
(CMP) stormwater outlet, installation of a riprap energy dissipater for outlet protection,
and the stabilization the upland slope within a drainage easement. Proposed work will
generally include the following as shown on the drawings:
Remove existing damaged CMP pipe sections and replace with approximately
104 linear feet of 30” Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP). The new RCP section
will connect to an existing drainage manhole in the easement and terminate at a
new RCP flared end section. The pipe will be installed at a minimal slope with
two manhole drops to compensate for the elevation drop between the top of bank
and toe of slope.
