Drainage Improvements
Sealed Bids will be received by the owner from General Contractors for all labor and materials to complete the work for the construction and installation of street and sidewalk improvements.
Attention is called to the fact that this project is being funded ultimately through the Community Development Block Grant Program of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The bidder is asked to pay special attention to the Federal Regulations included in the bid package. These regulations include the Davis-Bacon Act, Section 3, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, the Copeland (Anti-Kickback Act), and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
