Downtown / Pedestrian Mall Streetscape Plan
The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in providing urban design and landscape architect services for its downtown region, including its nationally renowned Pedestrian Mall.
The final project deliverable is anticipated to be in the form of a single streetscape plan report assessing the effectiveness and physical condition of the existing streetscape, identifying new ideas and opportunities for enhancements, and prioritizing future investments based on input from Project stakeholders and the respondent’s professional knowledge and expertise.
