Documentary Transfer Tax Audit and Discovery Program
The Department is receiving proposals from interested parties to provide a Documentary Transfer Tax Audit and Discovery Program by contracting for such services. The objective of the Program will be to conduct initial and ongoing documentary transfer tax allocation review, audits and discovery analyses in order to identify and correct distribution errors, underreported and non-reported real property transactions to generate previously unrealized documentary transfer tax revenue.
