Disaster Debris Monitoring Services

The primary objective of the RFP is to secure the services of experienced Contractors who are capable of efficiently monitoring large volumes of disaster-generated debris from a large area in a timely and cost-effective manner. The successful Proposers must be capable of assembling, directing, and managing a work force that can complete the debris monitoring operations in a maximum of ninety (90) days. Additionally, the Contractors may, at the sole discretion of the Town, be involved with on-going debris management/mitigation.
The work shall begin on notice to proceed and go for no longer than ninety (90) days, unless extended by the Town with ten (10) days written notice.
Contractors shall provide all necessary labor, management, supervision, equipment and any other materials necessary to perform the job as specified.
