Development of a City-owned site on 125th Street
New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) in conjunction with New York City Department of Cultural Affairs and the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone are inviting not-for-profit arts and cultural organizations to submit qualifications in connection with the development of a City-owned site on 125th Street, commonly known as Mart 125.
