Develop On-line Animated Courses with Simulation and Assessments
The vendor will be expected to redevelop 67 credit hours of course material for on-line delivery, including instructional design, audio, animation, simulation and assessment.
The goals of this redevelopment are to create a system that will enhance energy training capacity using community college and technical college partners; offer training solutions that fit the needs of energy sector employers; enhance accessibility to education through the implementation of web-based training tools; provide animated and interactive training; measure student comprehension for mastery; create stackable industry credentials and career pathways leading to academic credentials; provide education and training for employed incumbent worker, underemployed, unemployed and traditional students
