Develop Energy Master Plan
The Corporation is issuing this request for proposals ("RFP") for consultant services to develop an Energy Master Plan (the "Energy Plan") and related support services. The Corporation's objective with the Energy Plan is to develop a comprehensive infrastructure, technology and business plan that will guide the Corporation's ownership and management of its unregulated Smart Grid.
