1. INTRODUCTION
The City of Alhambra is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Professional Architectural and Engineering Services for the design of the Alhambra Public Library.
2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposed Public Library will be a 2 story building with total floor area of 45,000 Square-feet, and shall also include a 2 level underground parking garage below the library building to provide approximately 240 stalls. The new Library will be built on the north side of the City Hall on the existing parking lot (see Attachment 1 for location and Attachment 2 for aerial picture of project site).
