Design Services for Condition Assessment and Improvement

The Consultant shall collect data and comprehensive sign inventory over a span of 293 miles, which
will include a total of 7,500 signs approximately (5,000 signs on the Parkway and 2,500 signs on the
Turnpike), along with 44 interchanges and 390 ramps. Services shall include prioritization,
recommendations and preparation of sign improvement program with cost estimate to address the
goals, objectives and performance measures that encompass the overall signing upgrade including
capital investment planning for both roadways.
