Dentisty Electronic Record Sys
The University of Iowa (hereafter, The University/University) located in Iowa City, Iowa, desires to obtain written proposals from qualified Suppliers to provide a paperless Electronic Health Record System (EHR) for the College of Dentistry that supports their current information needs, while improving workflow efficiency, increasing provider productivity, and delivering a higher quality of care for their patients.
The College of Dentistry is a national and international leader in the areas of clinical and basic science research, pre-doctoral and post doctoral education, and service to patients and other health care professionals and organizations. The collegiate ability to continue to lead in these areas depends on the implementation of an Electronic Health Record System which allows increased access to information in todays quickly changing academic health care delivery environment. To that end, and to further the academic interests of its students, the College of Dentistry has made a commitment to improve their ability to record, organize, select, analyze, and disseminate information available today and in the future.
