All interested licensed A-General Engineering, B-General Building and/or C-21 Building Moving/Demolition Contractors should plan to attend the first Pre-Bid Conference scheduled for February 24, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., at the Maintenance Conference Room, 320 Commerce Circle, Sacramento, California with a site visit following the Pre-Bid Conference. A second Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for March 5, 2009 at 1:30 p.m., at the Maintenance Conference Room, 320 Commerce Circle, Sacramento, California with a second site visit following the Pre-Bid Conference. Parking at the site visits will be very limited. Site visits will only be conducted immediately following each Pre Bid Conference. All contractors are urged to attend one of the two Pre-Bid Conferences including the site inspection. General contractors are encouraged to bring any subcontractors interested in visiting the site to the Pre Bid Conference and site visit. Although attendance is not mandatory, contractors will be required to verify that they are aware of the existing site conditions.
