Demolition Services for Flood Damaged Structures

The work to be performed under this project is to provide conventional (mechanical) demolition and removal services with backfill and finishing. This is a single building with two associated addresses. The asphalt concrete parking lot shall also be demolished and removed. Parking lot quantities for this work are included in the estimated tonnages. The free-standing sign shall be completely removed including all foundations, structure and utility connections and/or accessory lighting (if any).
