Dependent Data Mart Development Projects involve working within the State's Enterprise Data
Warehouse (EDW) environment, using the State's data warehousing technology platforms, to
create new or modified reporting environments called Data Marts. They are dependent, because
all or most data required in the reporting environment must be integrated at the subject-area level
inside the EDW. These projects must be coordinated with the State's EDW unit, located in the
Office of Data Management Services within the Office of Information Technology
