Data/Video PROJECTOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE
It is the intention of Erie 1 BOCES to award a Projector Maintenance Service (“Service”) contract with annual renewal options to a qualified Service provider for Data/Video Projectors (“Projectors”). This Service will be offered through Erie 1 BOCES for our regional school districts (see listing on ATTACHMENT C). The contract issued from this bid shall also cover Projectors utilized internally at Erie 1 BOCES facilities and any additional (unlisted) Projectors through the contract period. However, the number of Projectors covered under the contract period cannot be guaranteed. Although this is a Preventive Maintenance contract, the successful contractor must be capable of providing service to perform Projector repairs on an as-needed basis during and post warranty periods.
