Dania Beach, Florida - US1 Right-of-Way Improvements

The City is requesting bids from qualified vendors for work that shall generally consist of: Design and implementation of a Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plan, demolition of specified existing facilities, hardscape and sitework construction, landscape installation and irrigation system design and construction.
The Work shall be considered as one project, but shall be completed either as one complete project or in two (2) Phases, as determined by the City.
