The State is seeking proposals from engineering firms qualified to perform a hazard classification analysis and to provide both short-term recommendations regarding continued operations, as well as to provide pre-feasibility level alternatives and cost estimates for rehabilitating or removing the existing dam. The consultant’s work will consist of:  Evaluation of Current Condition;  Simplified Potential Failure Mode Analysis;  Site topographic survey;  Limited geotechnical investigation;  Hazard classification analysis to determine if the dam is high-hazard;  Loss of Life analysis if the dam is determined to be high-hazard;  Simplified flood hydrology analysis;  Prepare new EAP Maps based upon the results of the breach analyses (CWB, Overtopping Breach);  Recommendations regarding continued operation of project; and  Report with pre-feasibility level rehabilitation alternatives analysis inc
