This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Purchase Bureau, Division of Purchase and
Property, Department of the Treasury on behalf of State of New Jersey, New Jersey Network
(NJN), Public Broadcasting Authority (PBA). The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals to
engage a Contractor to:
Provide media servers which come in two (2) distinct configurations:
1. The first type contains multiple libraries of video content and a user interface that allows
access to the various video libraries
2. The second type contains no media files and is intended for the schools to upload
content into it. It also has a content management system which enables the classification
and categorizing of the uploaded media files
