DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORY TESTING SERVICES
City of LA Animal Services seeks bids from diagnostic laboratory testing services to pick up, test, and provide test results for a wide variety of samples (tissue, blood, etc.) taken from animals under the City's care and control (i.e. animals housed in the Department of Animal Service - Animal Care Centers, and the Los Angeles Zoo). Services are required for small animals (Animal Services) and exotics (Zoo). Additionally, necropsies are occasionally requested. The Zoo will also require the services of the selected vendor(s), in which case the selected vendor(s) shall agree to provide the same services to the Zoo under the same terms, prices, and conditions of the awarded contract.
